Delivery

Delivery of products purchased from our online shop is currently limited to The Republic of Ireland.

We offer two options :

• Delivery to addresses in North Wicklow to City Centre, within 1-3 days, at a cost of €5. Please contact us to check whether we can deliver to your address.

• An Post countrywide delivery within 1-5 working days, at a cost of €7.

Made to order products require time to design, package and post. Please allow up to two weeks to complete your order from date of purchase.

Packaging

The Flower Gardener is working towards being more environmentally sustainable. I may sometimes reuse packaging to ship your order in an effort to reuse and recycle.

Returns

If you wish to return a product please contact us within 14 days of you receiving the product stating you intend to return the item and the reason for the return. You then have 14 days from the date you contacted us to return the item(s). You will be provided with a return address when you contact us. Item(s) need to be packaged securely and returned by post, with the cost of dispatching covered by the customer.

Please do not return an item(s) until you have made contact with us. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the item(s) you purchased has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately when you receive your order with photos of the item(s).

Digital gift cards, workshops and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

We will contact you when we have received and examined your return to let you know whether or not a refund is approved. If approved we will refund the original cost of the product, minus shipping charges to the account holder.
